4. Pricing Policy
Prices displayed in this online store are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid except in cases of obvious typographical errors, technical failures, or stock depletion. Special offers are shown with the original price crossed out and the discounted price in bold; both prices also include VAT. Shipping costs are specified in section 6.
5. Payment Methods

6. Minimum order, shipping costs and delivery times.
The minimum order is €30 (VAT included) with free shipping. Shipping is free for orders over €199 (VAT included). Orders will be delivered to the customer within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping costs €25 for orders under €199.
All orders are fulfilled directly from our nursery in Alicante. All deliveries are made by our own fleet. Currently, we only deliver to the provinces of Alicante and Murcia.
(**) Weekends and public holidays are not counted for the purposes of the indicated deadlines.
7. Policy on changes, cancellations, returns and incidents.
Please be advised that during transport of live plants from our nursery to your home, some leaves may fall off or branches may break. However, this will only be considered an issue if the plant is completely damaged, broken, or in poor condition.
If you have any complaints or problems, please keep the plants (or other items) you purchased until the matter is resolved with our team. If you decide to discard the plants (or other products), we regret that we cannot process or take responsibility for your claim.
Order cancellation or modification is not permitted once the order is in the delivery process or has left the nursery for delivery.
To cancel or modify an order: You will need to contact the nursery within the 24h following the realization of the same.

To report an incident Regarding the condition of the plants or the service received, you must contact the nursery within the24hfollowing the delivery of the same. You can do so through the communication channels mentioned above.
To return or make exchanges You will need to contact the nursery within the 10 days following delivery. You can do so through the communication channels mentioned above.
Only exchanges or returns will be accepted. in the following cases:
- Plants exhibit a disrepair in the deliveryCompletely damaged or broken plants. This must be documented with photos or videos in order to open a support ticket. Shipping costs related to exchange or return will be covered by the nursery.
- If the Return or exchange is due to withdrawalThe plants must be located in the same state in which they were deliveredThey must not show any damage, defects, or modifications made by the customer. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Goods received that are different from those requested in the order. The nursery will cover all shipping costs associated with the correct delivery. If you wish to keep the plant you received in error, as well as the one you ordered, we will send you the missing plant free of charge.
8Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any doubts, discrepancies, or differences that may arise in the fulfillment and interpretation of these Terms of Sale, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
